Doug’s career has focused on working with a varied clients, from small family-owned businesses to high-net-worth individuals. Helping with estate, tax, business, and personal planning for more than 40 years. In 2019, he retired from the successful CPA firm he started in 1977 having grown the business from a sole proprietorship to a regional firm with 5 offices grossing millions of dollars in fees per year.

His time is now devoted to coaching and mentoring other CPA and accounting firms to both grow their practices and teaching accountants how to become Business Consultants and provide advisory services to their clients.
